Jenn Coursen brings over two decades of marketing, communications, and event planning experience to Pearlman Meekin & Co., serving as Director of Marketing. With a career rooted in real estate, Jenn has worked with some of the most recognized firms in the Washington, DC area, where she honed her expertise in brand strategy, digital and social media, and client engagement.

In her role, Jenn leads the team’s marketing strategy, guiding everything from branding and content development to listing promotion and client communications. She partners closely with agents and clients to ensure every property is presented with a compelling story, polished design, and broad market exposure. 

Jenn lives in Chevy Chase with her husband, son, and two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, watching her son play hockey, and cherishes time with family at the beach in Florida.
