Pearlman Meekin & Co. is excited to welcome Jillian (Stringer) Levitt to the team. A DMV native, Jillian brings a wealth of local knowledge and experience to her clients. After six successful years in software sales, she transitioned to real estate following the purchase of her first home in DC. Since then, she has built a reputation for helping clients achieve their goals with confidence, whether that means navigating the competitive market to buy their perfect home or selling their property for the best possible result.
In every interaction, Jillian blends professionalism with warmth, ensuring that her clients feel heard, supported, and guided by a true partner throughout the process. Having collaborated closely with Megan in the past, she is especially excited to officially join forces again as part of Pearlman Meekin & Co.
Jillian lives in Petworth with her husband Joel, their energetic two-year-old Chase, and their adorable puppy Cooper. She and her family are also in the process of building their dream home in Bethesda and are looking forward to settling into this next chapter. When she is not working, she can be found exploring new restaurants, practicing Pilates, or contributing to her community through her service on several boards and nonprofits.
